I then reached out to Horizon and what a difference. The owner was very straightforward on what i needed. Provided several options to complete the roof but never tried to upsell me. He simply gave me my options, discussed the difference in price and told my a time frame after i made my selection.  They actually finished the project under the expected time. Workers were very efficient and made sure all garbage and debris was removed as soon as the work was done.   I always recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their roof replaced.
